Stand Strong Against the Camino Madre Wind Farm: Help Us Flood the Area With Visible Opposition Signs

We’re fighting back against the proposed Camino Madre industrial wind project on Yavapai Ranch - and we need your help to make our opposition impossible to ignore.

I’m personally spearheading this sign campaign. We’re printing durable, weatherproof opposition signs in batches of 100. Each new order will feature a slightly different design to keep things fresh and maximize visual impact. Volunteers will place these signs on fences and in front yards only where property owners consent. Multiple signs per property are encouraged where road frontage is long or a property sits at an intersection. These signs are designed to be simple, but effective as well as easily read by vehicles travelling 35-45 miler per hour.

Your donation directly funds these signs so that no property owner has to pay out of pocket. This keeps the process seamless and allows us to move fast.

Why now? We have word that over the coming weeks, news media, government officials, celebrities, and other public figures will be visiting the area. We need a powerful, unified visual statement as they drive down Anvil Rock Road and Buck’s Road to the Yavapai Ranch entrance. Signs will also go up on side streets throughout Sierra Verde Ranch, Shadow Rock Ranch, Forest Acres, Juniper Mountain Estates, and other nearby communities.

We’ll start by saturating the neighborhoods south of I-40 with heavy concentration on Anvil Rock Road and Buck's Road (intended Wind Farm Access roads). Once that area is covered, we’ll extend remaining signs to residents north of the interstate and in the town of Seligman.

Any funds raised beyond the current batch will roll over directly into the next order of 100 signs. Every dollar helps us maintain momentum.

I will personally buy these signs with my own money even if donations fall short - but your support will make a real difference in how quickly and broadly we can get these signs up. This is about showing strength in numbers and protecting our rural Arizona way of life from industrial sprawl.

Your donation helps us fight for our community, our views, our wildlife, and our property rights.
$25 → Funds 3+ signs
$50 → Funds 7 signs
$100+ → Major impact — helps us expand faster

You donate and we'll get out and hang the signs.

Thank you for standing with us. Together we can make sure the message is loud, clear, and impossible to miss.- Shawn
