We are pleased to offer private, guided tours of the proposed Triple Oak / Camino Madre industrial wind project area to government officials, elected representatives, regulatory agencies, and members of the news media.

Our tours provide a balanced, firsthand perspective that cannot be fully captured from maps, documents, or virtual flyovers. You will experience:

Private land and resident viewpoints: Direct insight into how the project would affect families, ranches, historic properties, wildlife corridors, and the rural character of northern Yavapai County.

The project footprint itself: Travel the full length of the forest road that runs through the heart of the proposed wind farm (we hold legal right-of-way access) and explore the checkerboard sections of Prescott National Forest land open to public use.

On-the-ground realities: Views of the actual terrain, elevation changes, wildlife habitat, existing land uses, and visual corridors that would be impacted by 660-foot-tall turbines.

Tour Options

Brief or focused tours: Customized shorter visits for those with limited time, targeting specific areas of interest or key viewpoints.All tours are conducted by a longtime local resident with decades of hands-on experience on these lands - including ranching heritage, community service, and deep knowledge of the area’s ancient ruins, golden eagle nests, underground caverns, history, ecology, and public access routes.

Full tours: Comprehensive exploration mixing private land perspectives with a detailed look at the proposed wind farm area.


Who gives the Tour
A local resident (see images below) who has lived on the border of the proposed wind farm site for over 22 years. He and his wife raised four children here on the edge of the Prescott National Forest and Yavapai Ranch. The kids grew up exploring these lands - hiking, playing in the forest, and developing a deep appreciation for the wildlife and natural beauty of the area. All four graduated from Seligman High School and went on to serve in the military.

The tour guide is a longtime firefighter and EMT who served with the Seligman Fire Department for more than a decade, including as Assistant Fire Chief, alongside his wife. He is also a software developer, and a former robotics designer and developer for the military and aerospace industries. He also has a successful YouTube channel where he discussed Artificial Intelligence and its effects on humanity.

He knows this land intimately - not just as a resident, but as someone who has raised a family and served the community here. His tours offer an honest, firsthand perspective on what the proposed industrial wind project would mean for the place they call home.
